What is Hibachi cooking?
It is what makes our restaurant so much
fun! Your meal is cooked in front of
you! The center of the table is a metal
grill so you have a great view as the
chef cooks. While he prepares your meal,
the chef performs. He'll tap the salt
and pepper shakers rhythmically on the
cooking table as he seasons the meal
and spins the spatulas around in the
air. It is the sounds as much as sights
that entertain you! Families bring their
children who are usually mesmerized
by the show. The chef jokes with the
customers calling soy sauce Japanese
ketchup or sprouts Japanese spaghetti.
We promise, our chef's food is much
better than his humor!
